Salesforce Lightning:
Add Dashboard component to the Home Page.
Salesforce Classic:
Go to Setup-> App setup ->customize-> Home -> Home page layout -> DE Default, Click ‘Edit’ and check the ‘Dashboard snapshot’ checkbox and click ‘Save’ button.
