1. Go to Setup –> App Setup –> Deploy –> Outbound Change Sets.
2. Click “New” button.
3. Enter a Name and click “Save” button.
4. Go to Setup –> App Setup –> Deploy –> Deployment Connections.
5. Click “Edit” button.
6. Click “Save” button.
