The benefit of the business hours in WhatsApp channel or other Messaging Channels is that, No Agent Dialog will be called from the Einstein BOT when the requests are made outside the Business Hours. We can inform the requestor with additional information when they contact outside the Business Hours.
1. Create a Business Hours.
2. Configure the Business Hours in the Messaging Channel.
3. Use the No Agent dialog in the Einstein Bot to notify the customers.
Note:
1. I am Using Rules and End Chat to end the Messaging Session immediately. So, after sending “Contact us Mon-Fri 9 AM to 4 PM”, it will auto end the Messaging Session.
