1. Go to Reports tab.

2. Click New Folder button.

3. Enter Folder Label. Folder Unique Name will be auto populated.

4. Click Save button.

5. Select All Folders in Reports tab.

6. Use the menu icon next to the folder details and select Share.

 

7. Select the users to share the folder. Click Done button.

8. Reports in this Folder will be accessible to the users. But, they cannot modify the report.
