How to Edit Salesforce Quick Action Layout?

Object specific Quick Action:
 
1. Go to Object Manager.
 
2. Select “Buttons, Links, and Actions”.
 
3. Open the Quick action. 
 
4. Click “Edit Layout”.
 
 
Global Quick Action:
1. Go to Global Actions in Setup.
2. Click “Layout” link to edit.
