Exception:

Network is unreachable Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP Connection

Resolution:

1. Click Modify button on the RDS Database.

2. Select “Public access” to “Publicly accessible”.

3. It might take few mins. So, kindly wait for the changes to reflect.
