Request failed with status code 400 Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Exception occurs when the Omni-Flow is invoked from Amazon Connect without proper configuration.
1. Make sure the Queues used in the Salesforce Omni-Channel Flow are mapped under Queue Mapping in the Contact Center.
2. Make sure Contact Center Channels have an entry for the Phone Number and Omni-Channel Flow.
