Exception:

Can’t generate survey invitations for participants outside your org. Ask your Salesforce admin to select a default Experience Cloud site on the Survey Settings page.

Resolution:

1. In the Survey Settings, Experience Cloud Site shouldn’t be None.

2. In the Survey Settings, Experience Cloud Site should be linked to an Active Experience Cloud Site. The Status of the Experience Cloud Site should be Active.
