Resolution:
This issue occurs when the userName value is incorrect in Amazon Connect.
Format for userName:
$User.Alias@$User.Id@$Organization.Id
Example:
auser@0054W00000AjRJN@00D4W0000050vEN
$User.Id is Salesforce 15 digit User Id.
$Organization.Id is Salesforce Organization Id which is available in Company Information in Setup.
$User.Alias is the Alias of the User in Salesforce. Open the User detail page and check the Alias field value.
