To track Cases and Emails in Salesforce Report, create a Custom Report Type with Case as primary object and Emails as the related object.

1. Create a Custom Report Type with Object Relationships as Cases (A) with or without related records from Emails (B).

2. Create a report using the custom report type created in step 1.
