Exception:
Can’t generate the survey invitation because you’re not part of an Experience Cloud site with surveys enabled. Ask your Salesforce admin for help.
Resolution:
User’s Profile should be added to the Experience Cloud Site that is configured to the Survey.
- Go to Salesforce Setup.
- Search “Survey Settings” in the Quick Find and select it.
- Note down the Experience Cloud Site selected on the “Experience Cloud Site” section.
- Then, search for “All Sites” in the Setup Quick Find and select it.
- Click on the “Workspaces” link of the Experience Cloud Site used for Survey.
- Click on “Administration” tile.
- Click on “Members” on the left navigation pane.
- Select the affected user’s Profile from the available profiles and click on the “Add” button.
- Click the “Save” button.
