Conversation Catch-Up Supervisor Summaries for Salesforce Messaging for In-App and Web allows Supervisors to catch up quickly when they receive alerts from the agents to assist on an ongoing Messaging Session.

To enable Supervisor Summaries, go to Work Summaries in Salesforce Setup, select Conversation Catch-Up and toggle on Supervisor Summaries.
