Create and Customize List Views

Create and Customize List Views permission allow the users the ability to create their own List Views and to customize their own(Private) List Views. This permission will not allow the users to share their custom List Views with other users.

Manage Public List Views

Manage Public List Views permission allow the users the ability to share and edit any public List View regardless of the object. Users with this permission will be able to view and manage all the public list views.
