Maximum Chatbot Engaged Sessions Allowed should be checked in the Company Information to track the Salesforce Einstein BOT Usage.

1. Go to Company Information in the Salesforce Setup.

2. Check “Maximum Chatbot Engaged Sessions Allowed” in the “Usage-based Entitlements” session.
