Salesforce Einstein BOT Copilot Action: Answer Questions with Knowledge will help answering questions from the visitors based on the information from the relevant Knowledge articles.

Note:

1. This feature will work only in the Enhanced Einstein BOTs.
2. This is not a free feature. It requires Einstein GPT Addon license to setup in the Salesforce org.

Steps:

1. Enable “Einstein Data Library” in Salesforce Setup.
2. Please make sure you have multiple Knowledge Articles.
3. Open the Einstein BOT. Select Overview.
4. Enable “Use features that intelligently search for knowledge articles with this bot”.
5. Select “Copilot Action: Answer Questions with Knowledge” for the Knowledge Feature.

Output:

Initiate a Messaging Session and test the feature.
