Issue:

Salesforce Einstein BOT Context Variable Routable Id is null or blank.

Resolution:

For Chat Transcript, please check the following

Salesforce Einstein BOT Context Variable “LiveChatTranscript.Id” null

For Messaging Channel, in the Context Variable Routable Id(RoutableId), the channel mapping should be done for “MessagingSession.Id”. Based on the Messaging Channels the BOT is used for, the mapping should be created.

So, in order to avoid the null or blank issue for the Routable Id context variable, complete the Mapping for the Channel used for testing. Please make sure to activate your Einstein BOT for testing. For testing, don’t use the Preview option available on the Einstein BOT.
