We can display Images while using Salesforce Agentforce. Use the Output Rendering as Rich Text instead of the default option Text.

In my custom Agentforce Action, I used HTML content to be returned. While rendering, I have used the Output Rendering as Rich Text. So, the HTML content is displayed instead of rendering them as plain text.
