Salesforce Einstein Prediction Builder enables you to create predictions for your records.
1. Numeric Prediction
Gives a number. For example Opportunity Deal Value.
2. Binary Prediction
Gives yes or no answer. For example, will this customer give bad CSAT to the Case.
Steps:
1. Go to Salesforce Setup.
2. In “Einstein Prediction Builder”, click the Get Started Button.
3. Wait for some time and refresh the page.
4. Click the “New Prediction” button.
5. Enter a Name, API Name and select the Prediction Type. Click the “Save & Next” button.
6. Select the Object. Click the “Save & Next” button.
7. Select the records to consider. Complete all the steps in the Builder. Don’t leave any steps.
8. Click the “Build” button to build the model.
9. Add the “Einstein Predictions” Component to your Lightning Record Page. Select the Prediction created in the component configuration. Do the additional configuration available on the “Einstein Predictions” Component.
10. Use the “View Scorecard” to review and “Enable” to start using the Prediction.
