Salesforce Agentforce Sales Coach assist the Sales Representatives for seamlessly closing the deals/opportunities.
Steps:
1. Go to the “Agentforce Sales Coach” in the Salesforce Setup. Complete all the provided steps. You can refer the Salesforce Trailhead Module shared in this Blog Post.
2. Create a Salesforce Agentforce Sales Coach Agent.
Activate the Agentforce Agent.
3. Use the Start button on the Sales Coach Agent Lightning Component on the Opportunity record.
Your Sales Representatives can make use of the available options.
