Permission Sets:

1. CRM Analytics Plus Admin

2. Manage Einstein Discovery

Steps:

1. Go to Einstein Discovery –> Settings in Salesforce Setup.

2. Toggle On “Enable Decision Optimization”

3. Create the optimization using the following link and test it. You have to go to Analytics Studio –> Model Manager to complete the optimization configuration steps.
