Salesforce Einstein Lead Scoring helps us to prioritize the Leads that have the best chance of successful conversions. Sales reps can work on work on Leads that have high chances of buying the products.
Salesforce Einstein Lead Scoring assigns a score from 0 through 100.
Steps:
1. Go to Einstein Sales –> Einstein Lead Scoring in Salesforce Setup.
2. Toggle On the Einstein Lead Scoring.
3. Choose your Settings (Default or Custom) based on your Lead object usage in your Salesforce Org.
4. Add the “Einstein Scoring” standard component on the Lightning Record Page.
5. Allow 24 – 48 hours to test the scoring.
