Salesforce Einstein Opportunity Scoring helps us to prioritize the Opportunities that have the best chance of successful closures. Sales reps can work on work on Deals that have high chances of winning.
Opportunity records are given a score from 1 to 99, which indicates how likely a deal is to close.
Steps:
1. Go to Einstein Opportunity Scoring in Salesforce Setup.
2. Click the Setup button. Salesforce Einstein Opportunity Scoring Setup Wizard will be launched.
3. Complete all the steps from the Setup Wizard.
4. Add the Opportunity Score field(API Name: IqScore) to the list view or to the page layout. If you are using Dynamic Fields, then you have to add it on the Lightning Record Page.
5. Allow 24 – 48 hours to test the scoring.
