In this Blog Post, we are going to see how to pass Messaging Session record Id in the Salesforce Messaging Component.

I have used End Conversation Auto-Response notification for demo for this Blog Post.

1. Create an Auto-Response Messaging Component. Add Web Page Format and configure both Text and Web Page.

2. Edit the Messaging Channel. In the “Automated Responses” section, select the Auto-Response Messaging Component for “End Conversation”.
